Overview
Great Lakes Guided Outdoors runs Canada goose hunts across Northern Michigan during the early and regular September and October seasons. Groups of 6 to 10 hunters pursue a 5-bird daily limit with guides who carry a minimum of 15 years of experience hunting Michigan’s migratory birds. A minimum of three days is recommended to make the most of the migration timing. Hunters must provide their own valid Michigan base license, waterfowl license, federal migratory bird permit, and federal duck stamp, along with a plugged shotgun loaded with non-toxic ammunition and appropriate camouflage. Itinerary
Arrive Northern Michigan; coordinate with your guide on field conditions and morning hunt plan.
Morning and/or afternoon guided goose hunts in the field; guide positions hunters based on bird movement and conditions.
Last hunt day; depart Northern Michigan.
