Overview
Rocky Mountain Elk Ranch’s bison program runs on the same three-day format as their elk hunts — out of the same lodge, with the same guide staff, in Newdale, Idaho. Trophy bulls 4 to 5 years of age are available at $10,000; King-Size trophy bulls 6 years and older, reaching approximately 2,000 pounds, are priced at $14,000. Lodging and meals are included for the three-day hunt. Single-day meat buffalo hunts (no lodging or meals) are also available at $7,000. Idaho’s 6% sales tax applies.

Itinerary
Arrive Newdale; settle into ranch lodging and review the bison herd and hunt plan with your guide.
Two full guided hunting days pursuing American bison — spot-and-stalk on open ranch ground, selecting the trophy or meat animal based on package.
Final hunt morning; checkout and depart by midday.
