Overview
Ventas Quemadas is Ventosilla’s Andalusian estate, 45 minutes from Seville on a 4,500-hectare property in Spain’s deep south. Two days of driven red-leg partridge on an 8-gun line, shooting 500 birds per day across four to five drives in both high-challenging and classic Spanish-style formats. Nine modern-luxury double suites with en-suite bathrooms accommodate 6 to 8 shooters; the lodge runs a full board program with tapas and a formal lunch between drives and cocktails and dinner in the evening. Extended stays can incorporate red stag, fallow deer, mouflon, and boar on the same property.

THE EXPERIENCE
Itinerary
Arrive Seville; transfer to Ventas Quemadas Estate, settle in and join the team for a welcome dinner.
First full shooting day — four to five drives starting at 9:00 AM, tapas and lunch break between morning and afternoon sessions, evening cocktails and dinner at the lodge.
Second full shooting day; return transfer to Seville following the final drive.
